RENTAL LIABILITY AGREEMENT
This Rental Liability Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between [Renter’s Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Renter,” and Combat Rentals, hereinafter referred to as the “Company.”
1. RENTAL PERIOD: The rental period shall commence on [Start Date] and terminate on [End Date]. The Renter agrees to return all rented paintball equipment by [Return Time] on the last day of the rental period.
2. RENTAL EQUIPMENT: The Company agrees to rent the following CR equipment to the Renter:
- [List of Equipment, including gelblaster, hoppers, masks, etc.]
3. RENTAL FEE: The Renter agrees to pay the total rental fee of [Amount] for the entire rental period. The rental fee is due in full at the time of equipment pickup or 48 hours before delivery.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of [Amount] is required and shall be paid by the Renter upon equipment pickup. The security deposit will be refunded within [Number of Days] after the equipment is returned, provided there is no damage to the rented equipment.
5. CARE AND USE OF EQUIPMENT: The Renter agrees to use the rented equipment in a safe and responsible manner. The Renter will be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear.
6. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT: In the event of damage to the rented equipment, the Renter agrees to pay for all repairs or replacement costs, up to the full value of the damaged equipment. The Company will assess the damage and provide an itemized statement of repair or replacement costs within [Number of Days] of equipment return.
7. LIABILITY COVERAGE: The Renter understands and agrees that they are responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the use of the rented equipment. The Renter is strongly encouraged to obtain their own liability insurance coverage for such incidents.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Renter hereby releases the Company, its agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the rented equipment.
9. INDEMNIFICATION: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of the Renter’s use of the rented equipment.
10. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
